Account Executive 

Location: Roseville, California, USA

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SaaS Account Executive (AE) to join our team. As our AE you will build strong trusted relationships, and establish growth & up-sell strategies. You will be responsible for demoing our SaaS products to potential customers, maintaining their sales pipeline and outperforming sales goals.  

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain industry and technology knowledge to ensure that you remain a trusted resource for prospects and customers.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Be an expert in modern sales and become a revenue-positive asset in your customers’ business models
  • Develop proposals, respond to RFP’s and conduct sales presentations online for prospective customers
  • Utilize a consistent contact attempt process via phone and email to follow-up, nurture, and qualify leads.
  • Engage with customers on a frequent, regular basis with current customer stakeholders as well as new stakeholders throughout the customer organization
  • Execute Beyond Security’s sales methodology and process with excellence on behalf of serving customers’ needs
  • Follow Beyond Security’s pipeline management process detailing all interactions and pipeline stages using Salesforce.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of solution sales experience, selling complex software-as-a-service platforms experience, selling technology solutions or other relevant experience
  • Overall temperament conducive to speaking with the C-Suite of Large companies
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoom, PandaDoc and Google Suite a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport 
  • Cyber Security experience, Coding experience, IT experience or Sales experience in a related industry not required but a huge plus
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment

Sales Development Representative

Location: Roseville, California, USA

Summary:

Seeking motivated self starters. We’ll train on cybersecurity. Incredible opportunity to break into a competitive industry. 

Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Qualification – Qualifying sales leads provided by marketing over the phone and through email.
  • Outbound Prospecting – Running phone and email cadences on provided lists in target markets with the goal of Introducing Beyond Security to potential clients.
  • Learn – Quickly learn the basic value propositions and market of Beyond Security’s multiple product lines.
  • Create Pitches – Deliver value-based pitches to prospective clients.
  • Strategize – Work with management and team members  to enhance our sales approach in addition to sharing your experience & knowledge to other areas of the organization.
  • Nurture – Cold leads from prospect to Opportunity
  • Succeed – Meet or exceed departmental goals for sales quota.

Requirements:

  • Must be comfortable on phone
  • Experience in a competitive work environment with quotas.
  • Hands-on experience with having customer and/or prospective customer phone conversations.
  • Track record of being a self starter.
  • Excellent customer skills; responsive, credible, consultative, knowledgeable.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Salesloft or other Sales Enablement tools a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Support Engineer

Location: Ra’anana, Israel

Summary:

As Our Support Engineers you will be responsible for providing quality technical support to worldwide customers. 

Responsibilities:

  • Respond in a professional and timely manner to customers’ inquiries via ticket, email and telephone.
  • Take ownership of customer reported issues (mostly technical) and see problems through to resolution.
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve system issues. 
  • Refer to internal databases or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions.
  • Learn about product updates and new related technologies.

Requirements:

  • Experience in high technology 
  • Experience in IT and network security- a great advantage
  • Good presentation skills and comfortable with web meeting, email and phone communications
  • Speak and write English at ‘mother tongue’ level, Other spoken languages (mainly German and Dutch) are a great advantage.
  • Experience in programming or familiarity with source code testing tools is a huge plus
  • Comfortable working in a small, widely distributed, international organization

Sales Engineer

Location: Ra’anana, Israel

Summary:

As our Sales Engineer you will drive business development and sales growth by providing technical expertise, competitive positioning, and product evaluation support to prospective customers. This position requires a combination of technical knowledge along with sales skills. 

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the sales team and act as the key technical advisor and product expert for our solutions throughout the sales process. 
  • Obtain a deep understanding of Beyond Security’s solutions and technology and be willing to learn new technologies as needed.
  • Present our solutions and value proposition in a coherent manner to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Cooperate with various teams within Beyond Security to meet customers needs and align customers requirements with future product enhancements.
  • Handle various presale aspects including presentations, product demonstrations, POCs, installation and training as well as assisting with RFP/RFI/ tender responses.
  • Create case studies and business reports for the sales team to support their proposals

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a sales engineer or equivalent role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of networking topology, TCP/IP protocol, network configuration and components (firewalls, routers, proxies, etc.)
  • Experience in scripting (Bash/Shell/Perl/Python).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self motivated, strategic thinking, problem solving, and decision making capabilities.
  • Security certifications such as CISSP- Advantage
  • Experience working in the cyber industry- Advantage

Backend Python Developer

Location: Ra’anana, Israel

Summary:

We’re looking for a skilled and driven Python Developer who will report to our Tech Lead and work together with him on taking our platform and products to the next level of performance, stability, and scale.  This is a great opportunity to join & contribute to a strong development team and make a true impact on our products.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop solutions based on technical requirements while using cutting edge technology
  • Build a scalable platform that will enable our customers to integrate with our product using RESTful API
  • Contribute to the whole development project, including: designing implementations, writing code, testing
  • Work on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Python development
