Job Number 200: Office Manager

Location: Roseville, California, USA

Full time position although part time (Minimum 70%) may also be considered. 

Responsibilities:

  • HR Administrative support: Organize social events, birthdays, company outings and weekly staff lunches as well as regular HR-related duties
  • Manage office supplies and handle suppliers, payments, courier, purchasing office equipment and office maintenance.
  • Perform proper collection activity: Follow up on invoices submitted to ensure prompt and timely payment and escalate issues as necessary; Monitor all assigned accounts for past due invoices and residuals; Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
  • Provide Financial Administrative Support : Handle expense reports, track company expenses, pay office bills and track weekly invoices.
  • Sales and Marketing administrative support: producing marketing material and support through marketing events (arranging the booth, etc).

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of administrative support experience
  • Accounting basic background & skills/ Accounting college course
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word
  • Proficiency in quickbooks
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal, Time management,  Attention for details, Multitasking, Ability to learn and adapt quickly 
  • Chinese speaker- An advantage
  • Experience in CRM systems (Salesforce)  – An advantage

Job Number 201: Customer Success Engineer

Location: Roseville, California, USA

Full time position.

Responsibilities:

  • Ship hardware, Install Virtual Machines, send licenses, perform backend tasks to set up and configure customer accounts
  • Follow up on existing customers for renewals and perform Quarterly calls with customers to proactively find gaps in service and answer technical questions
  • Ensure that customers’ orders are fulfilled in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams 
  • Responsible for meeting the needs of multiple customers with diverse requirements in a dynamic environment.

Job Number 203: Support Engineer 1st Tier

Location: Ra’anana, Israel

Responsibilities:

Tier Level 1 Support Engineers are responsible for initial response to customers inquiries via portal, email and telephone. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Walking customers through solutions
  • Filling reports regarding product problems
  • Researching technical issues
  • Reviewing product change requests
  • Learning about product updates and new technologies

Requirements:

  • Experience in high technology Engineering
  • Experience in network security
  • Good presentation skills and comfortable with web meeting, email and phone communications
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • Speak and write English at ‘mother tongue’ level
  • Comfortable working in a small, widely distributed, international organization
  • Experience in programming or familiarity with source code testing tools is a huge plus

Job Number 205: Cyber Security Vulnerability Analyst

Location: Ra’anana, Israel

Responsibilities:

Cyber Security Vulnerability Analyst is responsible for conducting vulnerability assessment for hardware, operating systems and third party software.

Requirements:

Required Experience of at least 1 year in one of the following:

  • Ability to analyze vulnerabilities in order to appropriately characterize threats
  • Advanced knowledge of security vulnerabilities, application and system analysis
  • Experience in analyzing security vulnerabilities on networks and systems; TCP/IP; Windows OS
  • Reverse engineering through static and dynamic analysis, memory forensics

Familiarity with the following would be an advantage:

  • Experience scripting in one or more of the following languages: perl, python, ruby
  • IDA
  • WinDbg
  • gdb

Job Number 206: Sales Engineer

Location: Raanana Israel

Responsible for driving business development and sales growth by providing technical expertise, competitive positioning, and product evaluation support to prospective customers. 

This position requires a combination of technical knowledge along with sales skills. 

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the sales team and act as the key technical advisor and product expert for our solutions throughout the sales process. 
  • Obtain a deep understanding of Beyond Security’s solutions and technology and be willing to learn new technologies as needed.
  • Present our solutions and value proposition in a coherent manner to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Cooperate with various teams within Beyond Security to meet customers needs and align customers requirements with future product enhancements.
  • Handle various presale aspects including presentations, product demonstrations, POCs, installation and training as well as assisting with RFP/RFI/ tender responses.
  • Create case studies and business reports for the sales team to support their proposals

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a sales engineer or equivalent role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of networking topology, TCP/IP protocol, network configuration and components (firewalls, routers, proxies, etc.)
  • Experience in scripting (Bash/Shell/Perl/Python).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self motivated, strategic thinking, problem solving, and decision making capabilities.
  • Security certifications such as CISSP- Advantage
  • Experience working in the cyber industry- Advantage
